Japaratinga is situated on the north coast of Alagoas, between  Maceió (120 km ) and Recife (135 km ) on  the fascinating "Costa dos Corais" ("Coral coast").

The Pousada is located in "Praia do Boqueirão", between downtown Japaratinga and the city Porto de Pedras.
